Transcript Information
WCSD Official Transcripts: Many scholarship organizations and college applications require official transcripts for their application process. In an effort to provide better and more secure service to our students, all student record requests – background verifications, corporate information requests, transcript requests, legal requests must be made using our online automated student records/information request system.
To request records, visit washoeschoolsnv.scriborder.com/applicationCurrent. Just be aware you get 4 free transcripts, and most colleges will only accept an official transcript transferred electronically or mailed in a sealed envelope.

ACT TEST SCORES: You can have your ACT scores sent to other colleges and scholarship agencies, even after you have taken your test. Requests are processed after your tests have been scored and all scores for your test option—the ACT or the ACT with writing. Go to ACT.org to send your ACT scores.
IMMUNIZATIONS: Most schools require a copy of your vaccination records. You can obtain a copy of your immunizations several ways. Contact your primary care office to have a copy mailed. Work with your parent or guardians to see if they have a recent copy. Lastly, the Washoe County School District can provide a copy for a $10 fee.
